4. Refund Policy

KukaLumi is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Skirts, Jeans & Pants, or T-Shirts & Tops, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear, accessories, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
